More Stampin Up Love!

Posted in Uncategorized by frostedandstamped on August 30, 2010

So every month on my “Stampin’ Up! Anniversary”  I have been posting why I love SU, and while there is a list a mile long I must only share one thing with you this month, and that is the Decor Elements that SU offers.  The Decor Elements are vinyl pieces and stencils that can be used basically anywhere.  We have several pieces hanging up in our home but today I want to show you my favorite piece so far.  This piece is in my stamping corner in my room and I just absolutely love it!

My stamp set is For Everything it is a fantastic new set from the new catalog.

This first project was fun to make.  I got the idea from the Stampin’ Up demonstrator magazine that comes out each month.  These are great hostess gifts for the spring and summer or could be used as decoration/snacks  for a fun summer party!

I saw this next idea on a fellow stampin’ addicts site during a recent blog hop, and I loved it, so with his permission I have taken my own creative license and found a fantastic template for this One Sheet Wonder Technique.  One Sheet Wonder’s only use one sheet of Designer Series Paper and you can make sixteen cards with it!

Stamps: For Everything Clear Mount Stamp Set
Ink: Old Olive, Rose Red, and Pumpkin Pie
Paper: Old Olive, Very Vanilla, Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie, and Sweet & Sour Designer Series Paper

This card is very versatile and fun, it has lots of bright colors and cute images!  It was a challenge to combine these colors but I love a good challenge and I love the results I got EVEN more!
